Having a happy life does not involved someone who is intoxicated, wasted or otherwise high and doing something violent, dangerous or deadly to you or your family.

With more knowledge, comes more responsibility and more ability to control. If you know more about something, you can control it better… So just by knowing about the drugs, what their effects are, people are empowered to me the right decisions about drugs.
