There are few heroes in this world that have made a difference as much as The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. When I first heard the minister speak on his The Time and What Must Be Done series I was riveted by a man who has a special ability to communicate about any topic eloquence or, variably, with rage, depending on the appropriateness of the topic and the audience.
He defends and fights for Black people like no one else alive today. In 1981 in Houston Texas, Minister Farrakhan spoke and said these words:
“The work of helping black people up from slavery has not yet been done. Did you hear this brothers and sisters? The work has not yet been done. We are still scarred by the effects of slavery. And the Church and School and every institution we have has not been sufficient to remove from us effects of our soul journey in bondage to White America. Those scars keep us from organizing right now. Those scars keep us envious and jealous of one another while we should be building up one another. Those scars keep us looking at our color, looking at our hair, and our features, and looking at ourselves in the mirror as though we are some unwanted freak because God created us in blackness. These scars must be removed. The scars of self-hatred, the scar of ignorance, the blight of poverty of the spirit has to be removed. The blight and the poverty of hope has to be removed and black men and women must see that our future does not lie with the Raegan administration that is coming in or the Carter administration that is coming out. Our future does not lie, or our hope should not rest totally in the corrupt political machinery of America.
But out future lies in EACH ONE of us doing his and her OWN PART to solve the problem of our people. Government can’t do it but we can.”

If you really read what he says here, he’s been LOOKING for answers for his people. When he found something of value that could be used to heal those scars, meaning Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health, he brought it to his people, this was decades later.
In Savior’s Day 17 in February 2017 in Detroit, he said “When I saw something of value in Dianetics…” “I saw something of value, I though we could use it.” “How many women in this audience have been sexually abused by members of their families? Their Fathers their Uncles, their cousins? You don’t get over sexual abuse easily. When you finally find a man that you love, it’s very difficult to give yourself totally to him cause sometimes when he touches you it reminds you of the foul family member that touched you first. Young boys raped by their own fathers, you don’t get over that. Dianetics was something that allowed you to confront the things that make you other than yourself to help you move on with your life.”
“See in the Quran, in the chapter called “the Bee”, the bee goes to the flower, it don’t take everything. It takes what it needs. Then it goes away and it makes what? Honey, which is a what? A medicine, for man. Well that’s your brother, I don’t run away from knowledge. I don’t tell those who follow me ‘Don’t listen to nobody’ I don’t give a damn who you listen to. Because after I’ve taught you, I leave you to be yourself, Go anywhere you want to go. Follow anyone you want to follow, because I have never lost you if I never had you. Oh I’m just setting the record straight.”

You can clearly see that Minister Farrakhan is using what he sees to help the scars that he sees his people need help with. If you believe that there are scars that you could have help with, try out Dianetics and see what it can do for you. This is the official website: https://www.dianetics.org/
